Training in retrofitting R404A systems
In the retrofitting training courses provided by BITZER, participants learn how to transition from R404A and R507A refrigeration systems to more environmentally friendly solutions with R448A and R449A. The one-day seminar is ideal for technicians, planners and contractors and teaches participants everything they need to know about system transition with both a theoretical and a practical section. In the process, participants also receive helpful information about refrigerant selection and material compatibility.
Additionally, the participants learn about the requirements of the F-gas Regulation and compare the thermodynamic properties of various refrigerants. This is followed by the practical section: working on reciprocating and screw compressors, participants learn what refrigerants are generally compatible with which types of system. Moreover, they learn what specific adjustments are needed to operate systems with other refrigerants. The seminar takes place in German and English on a monthly basis.
