With its intelligent IQ products, BITZER can provide users with a full carefree package: as data are uploaded to the cloud, the company always knows what a compressor needs and when, and can set the optimal operating parameters. This greatly increases availability. Additionally, IQ products speed up troubleshooting because the service technicians can use the available data to identify the cause in real time. As a result, the technicians know immediately what they need to repair and what spare parts to bring with them. This keeps downtime to an absolute minimum.
The idea behind BITZER’s IQ products is to provide planners and users with optimal efficiency and the greatest possible convenience. In doing so, BITZER’s IQ products ensure maximum safety in the selection and operation of compressors and components. With regard to the mechanical CRII capacity control, new algorithms intelligently monitor the application limits in the IQ modules for reciprocating compressors as well as in CSW.105 screw compressors.
