VARIPACK – flexible and reliable
External VARIPACK frequency inverters are a flexible, simple and reliable solution. They communicate through the BEST software and adjust the cooling demand optimally to protect the compressors. This reduces the energy requirements whilst cutting costs. VARIPACK control systems are compatible with refrigeration systems, air-conditioning systems and heat pumps and can be integrated both in single compressors and in compound systems.

Established and reliable – VARISPEED and CRII
Different specifications require diverse solutions. Along with its VARIPACK frequency inverters, BITZER always has the right technology to control individual systems with its two well-established capacity controls CRII and VARISPEED. The VARISPEED series is an entry-level frequency inverter solution for small and medium-sized reciprocating compressors – compact, safe and user-friendly. The suction gas-cooled VARISPEED frequency inverters and the compressors form a compact unit and all the components are factory mounted.
The CRII mechanical capacity control is the entry-level model to BITZER control technology and an inexpensive way of improving capacity control. BITZER has made decisive improvements to the previous version: the current solution boasts fewer control deviations and a much larger range of control. For example, the ECOLINE+ reciprocating compressor range can be used for CO2 applications with CRII. In this case, the capacity is regulated by the interplay between the mechanical control and the IQ module CM-RC-01. CRII regulates the range from 10 to 100 per cent practically seamlessly and allows for efficient adaptation of system output to meet actual needs.
