The survey, which was carried out by cci Dialog GmbH from Karlsruhe, Germany, as part of this year’s HVACR trust award, delivered a clear result for BITZER: the refrigeration and air-conditioning technology specialist’s condensing units enjoy complete customer confidence and were thus able to secure first place in the category of the same name. BITZER condensing units already won first place in the 2017 HVACR trust award.
Andreas Riesch, Director of Sales Germany and Switzerland at BITZER: “At this award, industry representatives such as contractors, expert planners and operators of refrigeration systems are the ones to evaluate and vote – and this is what makes the award all the more valuable for us. For the second time now, it shows us how much our customers appreciate and trust us. Since the first vote of the trust award three years ago, we have added the ECOLITE series to our portfolio of condensing units. We are all the more pleased that it too seems to satisfy our customers to a high degree.”
Once again this year, 14 different categories within refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, ventilation as well as air ducting, building automation and fire protection were suggested by the organiser. The participants voted on all aspects of consulting, technology and recommendability of the products and their manufacturers.
The ECOLITE 2.0 series of condensing units is expected to get the serial release in the third quarter of this year. Main new features include the approval for the refrigerants of the safety group A2L (R1234ze/yf, R455A and R454C) and new functions inside the controller as for example the oil return function. First field test units have already been shipped; further ones are available on request.
