In October 2018, BITZER Nordic opened its doors for the first time and began looking after all of the northern European markets. Led by Regional Manager Claus Kjeldgaard Grønne, the team is based in Sønderborg, Denmark, and is responsible for the countries Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. ‘BITZER has been present in northern Europe for quite some time now. The best example of that is our subsidiary Lodam, which specialises in electronic control systems and has belonged to BITZER since 2007,’ says Grønne. ‘With the founding of our own national subsidiary for northern Europe, we’re now much closer to distributors and OEMs and through their support also closer to contractors, planners and installers, opening up new business prospects. We can now provide better and faster support and more comprehensive advice.’ Customers also benefit from an expanded range of services. BITZER Nordic will offer product training courses and new services and further distinguish itself in the area of marketing in northern Europe.
